Michael Mackinnon is a qualified property valuer and the head of Suburbanite’s Property Investment & Acquisitions team in Perth. With over 10 years’ experience working at some of Australia’s largest valuation firms, Michael brings deep technical expertise in property value, market dynamics, and risk assessment.

He also has hands on experience in property management, giving him a strong understanding of what makes a property attractive to tenants. Based in WA, Michael combines local market knowledge with high level advisory capability to help investors make smart, strategic property decisions.
